Saturday, December 5, 2015 - PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs, of note the capsule says Maison Maume but label indicates it is a Domaine wine
-nearly opaque dark red no bricking
-somewhat reticent funk dark cherry
-med/med+ acidity, med- weight and not a lot of depth but sappy sour cherry residue on finish, opens up with air, med intensity fine tannins with a bit of sweet oak influence
-on the simple side commensurate with its appellation but thoroughly pleasant and nicely soulful with a bit of rusticity
