Wednesday, September 2, 2020 - Tasted over 2 hrs
-nearly semi-translucent med red mild clearing
-expressive faint acetone VA wet stone dark red fruit
-med+ acidity, med weight sappy concentration liqueur-like black raspberry minerality apple peel, a little bit of astringency to the med tannins
-this has really improved over the past 5 years and is doing well now with plenty of life left and no overt mature elements, the acidity gives lift and complexity even if a bit volatile, excellent for the appellation
