Friday, December 25, 2020 - Christmas Day wine. Purchased on release, probably from Premier Cru. Only bottle. Perfect in every way. Deep haunting Pinot. Once a decade Pinot. What can I say other than ‘we only have this one honey...’ LOL! If I’d have seen what they are selling for prior to opening, it might have been tough to open.
