Thursday, April 27, 2023 - Nose of stewed plums and tar. Very full bodied and with notable high alcohol and a warm zip on the palate after swallowing. Dark black fruits in a very ripe and quite (over) extracted style for my taste. This should probably be drunk now and will not likely improve with additional bottle age. Drink with a fatty red meat like a ribeye.
