Friday, June 10, 2016 - Chicago Wine Flock...Gary Opens Cali Cab (Chez Weber - Chicago IL): From magnum. This is a wine with great potential, even if it isn't quite ready yet. All red fruit with more baking spice than I recall from other times tried in the past few years. Lots of acid, this still has a few edges to soften. Patience will be rewarded here. My favorite wine tonight, with 94-95 point potential.
