Tuesday, January 30, 2018 - From memory. Clear and bright, with some lightly bricked edges. The nose showed maturity, more savory and less fruity than younger LdH, old leather and some smoke. The palate however seemed more youthful, fresh reddish flavors pleasantly mellowed. Delicious with sous vide ribeye roast.
