Saturday, March 4, 2017 - Decanted for 1.5 hours. Very dark in color, restrained aromatics. Quite soft and round on the front palate, finishing with a bit of heat from the alcohol. Red and black fruits (raspberry/strawberry) seem mature, with soft tannins - quite an easy drinker. Given where it is at now, don't think this will continue to improve with more cellaring.
