Saturday, April 27, 2019 - Decanted for about 2 hours - no sediment. This wine is really open and lovely right now. Fragrant nose of berries and earth. On the palate, this was soft and velvety in mouthfeel, tannins are resolved, there were dark berries, tobacco and earth. No real green notes that I would typically associate with CF, but this was quite nice and balanced and in a great drinking window.
