Shared this with a group of high school friends at our annual gathering at a lake cabin. Toasted a friend who had left us far too soon. I think even Karl would have liked this; the rest of the group sure did. The ambience around the fire on a gorgeous Wisconsin night didn't hurt one bit either. Very bright nose with red apples and fresh yeasty aromas. Crisp and fresh with nice acidity, red apple, citrus, a good dose of minerality, yeast, and a clean finish. A very fine bottle.
