Wednesday, September 14, 2022 - Cork was in excellent shape. Medium dark with clear edges. Lovely delicate aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, and baking spices. Medium to light body that seemed to actually fill out as it opened. Palate flavors confirmed the aromatics with surprising persistence of the complex fruit/spice interplay. Altogether gorgeous and at its peak. Well done!
