Sunday, January 31, 2016 - Union Des Grands Crus de Bordeaux DC. Classic cabernet sauvignon heavy, left bank Bordeaux from Pauillac with elements of smoke, earth and cassis. Moderately tannic but has a good core of fruit to provide power and balance. A really nice classically styled Bordeaux for the money.
