Friday, October 8, 2021 - Classic Chinon. Capsicum, sous bois, black cherry, very open with excellent typicity. Fresh, even a bit tart, juicy, fresh herbs, full of energy. Tannins are mostly resolved, long finish.

Drink or hold. Very easy to drink at present, but should be capable of further development.
