Wednesday, August 10, 2011 - Popped and poured, consumed over 2 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, lemon grass, grape fruit, and creamy vanilla. Palate: Nice balance, sweet tropical fruit - mango and pears, creamy smooth with residual sugar. Simple, but very enjoyable Sauv Blanc - good stuff.
