Sunday, October 25, 2015 - Dark ruby with ripe dark cherry nose, on opening there was some light funkiness which dissipated with time. Dry tart fruit, medium body and fruit with some lightly bitter sour tannins. Fairly strong acid balances the fruit and while not particularly restrained is not in the bit fruit forward, just bold with a light mouth feel with some soft tannins showing some citrus notes.
