Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Champagnes and Burgundies: Some port-like notes on the nose. On the palate it was rather stewed and pruney, lacked acidity. Another masculine wine from a warmer vintage so guessed 2005 Gevrey. Either it was advanced because it was a ‘03 or because of poor provenance.
