Wednesday, January 23, 2019 - a stinky bottle on open, we looked at each other and wondered what we had gotten into. 30 minutes later this was shining, super dark and polished with tannins that weren't nearly as angry as 3-5 years ago. dark fruit, some bloody/gamy flavors, ferrous. fantastic value and a fun journey as it evolved!
