Saturday, July 11, 2009 - I simply adore this wine, and wish that I had bought more! A pretty yellow color, with notes of minerals, chalky earth and ripe white fruits. Medium-bodied, with an incredible energy, precision, and liveliness on the palate; great mouthfeel, and a wonderfully focused and pristine finish.
