Tuesday, November 29, 2022 - Dinner with RJ (Palmetto Bluff): Beautiful light color. Expressive nose displaying succulent white and yellow fruit, apple, lemon curd, a hint of pineapple, a hint of flint and light honey and limestone. Excellent concentration, nicely layered succulent yellow fruit with a hint of white, oily and dense but also good precision and freshness, bright acidity, strong mineral, and a long generous yellow fruit driven mineral finish. Drinking beautifully.
