Tuesday, June 25, 2013 - Popped and poured. I admit I am not a big Sauv Blanc fan, but this one is very special. This was done in 100% new oak. Dark gold color. Big nose of pineapple with a vanilla presence. Viscous in the glass with cascading tears on the sides. Palate is full and rich with pistachio finish. Very nice indeed drinks like a Chardonnay. Wish I had more.
