Wednesday, February 8, 2023 - BYOB lunch in Sydney with Chatters. Dave was very generous in bringing along a half dozen of his favourites to share (via Coravin).

What a pleasure to have, first up, this wonderfully ripe and ready first class burgundy. Golden colour with age, buttery and seductive on the nose, well integrated oak and nuts on the palate, and still exhibiting vibrant acidity. IMO, absolutely à point. Lovely. (Thanks Chatters.)
