Tuesday, November 9, 2010 - Burgundy Trip - Day 3 - Dinner (Ma Cuisine, Beaune): amazing nose of herbs and spices, sous bois, black olives, soy sauce, smoke and mushrooms. a little hot and alcoholic on the finish.
