Friday, October 29, 2021 - Popped, poured, breathed in glasses 30 minutes, consumed over next hour. This is just flat-out delicious, all parts singing in harmony, wonderful balance, drinking fabulously. My last bottle, but I believe this will continue to cruise in well-cooled cellars.
