Sunday, August 5, 2018 - 3rd bottle out of 4. It’s funny how different each bottle showed. The first was too advanced. The second too young. This one was just right. The aged honey and white mushroom notes are balanced by the acidity. However the palate is a bit more generous and expansive than the last 2 bottles. Too bad they can’t all be like this. Excellent.
