Thursday, September 4, 2014 - P&p. It smells wonderful- floral, red fruit, olives, meat, some oak, and cool mint. It's plush on the palate, but in no way overripe or jammy. The fruit is on the cooler side of the spectrum, with loads of minerals, and some cracker pepper. It's full of tension, and the finish seems rather tight - combined with the he apparent acidity, this might be a good one to follow for 10+ years. Will let any future bottles rest a while.
