Wednesday, April 18, 2012 - Screaming red fruit. Not as animal as I expected. Still very good fruit to balance all of the other non-fruit descriptors. High toned, red, and very mineral driven. Red radish- classic Pegau descriptor. Got it just from the cork. Drank at game dinner, but went before the gamey dishes were served. Still WOTN. Very balanced.
