Tuesday, September 1, 2015 - WTDS at The Kenwood With Some Older Gems (The Kenwood, Mpls, MN): Very dark red color with a hint of bricking. Drank 1 glass over 90 minutes. There's the requisite Pegau funk on the nose with garrigue, kirsch, some blue fruit and plenty of spice. The palate has plum, blackberry, funk, oak, spice, alcohol - mild, and lots of anise into the finish. This started a little slow, got a bit of steam, and then seemed to fall off. Not the best bottle, but still good.
