Saturday, February 25, 2023 - I'm never gonna figure this wine out. Tremendous bottle variation and/or peaks and valleys in its maturation. A bottle just three months ago was terrific, but this one was merely OK. 30 to 60 minutes after opening, it was decent at best. A couple hours later, it had opened up, showing an unusual "creamy" characteristic - kinda like a raspberry parfait. Pleasant, but a little weird and not exactly food-friendly.
