It's got just enough right now to keep this from being out of balance but this is most notable for the acidity and clean line of the palate right now. Hints of grapfruit, quince and straw to remind you it is Sauv Blanc without beating you over the head with it. Juicy and acidic with a touch of grapefruity bite at the finish. Very nice.
