Sunday, July 6, 2014 - Sunday Dinner (The Library, Crown Wine Cellars, Hong Kong): Nice golden colour but still quite light. Nose is lovely melted salty butter, toasty oak. Palate is toasted lemons, lemon sherberts, super weight in the mouth, mouth coating, bracing ozone acidic freshness. Lots of oak Good length. I should like Mersault more than I do, especially when it is this good.
