Wednesday, April 8, 2020 - Smell of gooseberry and lime. Taste of gooseberry, lime and grapefruit, with the slightly bitter sting. Acid is medium. Good long aftertaste. A very good wine. This wine show that some overseas sauvignon blanc can have a longer life than you might think. Kept in a wine fridge since I bought it years ago.
