Saturday, May 9, 2015 - Our last bottle of this. It continues to be an easy drinking, good afternoon, not overly alcoholic, almost always enjoyed wine. The bubbles were fading a bit and after a bit of time in the glass it was more of a flat Riesling. Lightly sweet. Not too complex. Very refreshing.
