Tuesday, September 23, 2014 - Tuesday Night $20-$35 Double Blind (Bin 75): Dark core with thin garnet rim; dark fruit, raspberry, garrigue, raspberry pie, sweet and rich; dark and brooding a bit on the palate, raspberry, classic S. Rhone, baby aspirin, young, a freshness that makes this rich wine seem lighter, some sweet fruit on finish; good but still too young; many called Gigondas on this which I could not dispute.
