Saturday, July 23, 2022 - French White Wine Afternoon on a Beautiful Summer Day (Seattle): Half bottle. Light golden color. Ripe yellow peach and high toned secondary perfume. Rich and sweet for a Trimbach VT wine, but it retains excellent acidity and thrust with increasing spice as it opens. Delightful and fully mature from this smaller format.
