Monday, April 17, 2023 - Nose: Brioche, sugar cane, white flower
Notes: Drank from a magnum. A nice nose with brioche and white flowers. Still quite energetic with a good amount of bubbles. It is getting more and more difficult to get vintaged champagne from the 90s at reasonable prices and conditions. The Saint Vincent was in excellent condition and it is quite a tasty and fulfilling wine. Given the amount of bubbles and the taste I would imagine this could hold on for at least another 10-15 years without too much problem.
