Thursday, April 3, 2014 - New (gold) label so a recent disgorgement I think - cork looks 2-3 years old and has print saying 12 - 05?

I didnt do tasting notes but recall the wine as beeing very fresh and clean in flavour. Not overly complex yet. I remember my surprise at the lack of maturity and wishing that Id saved this in my cellar for at least another 3-5 years. Luckily I have 2 more bottles.
