Friday, April 5, 2013 - This was a fabulous bottle. Opens with a yellow apple fruit, then the mineral side takes over. Feels concentrated and ripe despite the 12,5 abv. Fruit closes up but returns with extended air. Maybe shutting down? I think this could actually improve with time, but is very good, unique wine today. Loved it.
