Friday, August 24, 2012 - Really a nice treat. Very much as described before but on the second day the fruit profile og green apple and white peaches were quite lively. While not a German Spatlese, in many ways it is very similar with the exception that Weimer uses almost no sulfur, so there is no petrol on the nose. Very long finish and nice mouthfeel and texture.
