Heynetty Does not like this wine:

Monday, March 13, 2017 - A: Pale lemon gold with very light bubbles
N: PRIMARY_pears, apples (golden delicious). Medium (-) intensity
Youthful
P: Sugar present but not quite as sweet as off-dry. Pears, apples, some acetone and a little stale beer/hops taste
Acidity is medium (+), body is medium, alcohol is medium and finish is medium for me. Surprisingly long. Medium intensity.

C: Not exciting and nowhere near the refreshing nature of other valdobiadenne that i have had. The sugar in sparkling wine is just not a style to which i gravitate. Its not complex, the acidity helps wash the sugar away somewhat. Its very good quality and if you like this style $13 or $14 is a steal but i can't get on with it.
