Tuesday, September 29, 2020 - The 2001 Domaine de la Vougeraie Vougeot 1er Cru Les Cras has an earthy and slightly rustic feel, in blind I would have probably guessed this was a Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru. A low pitched array of mixed berries, earthy gravel and smoke. Maturing with a fairly structured backbone. Drink now – 2030. (86/100)
