Tuesday, April 10, 2018 - Dark ruby color. Satiny mouth feel. Plenty of cherry and black cherry fruit, then a bit of sour on the finish. Acidic in a pleasant way--cut through the richness of mushroom soup just brilliantly. But, not much structure or secondary flavors. Understandable why it's such a good component of a blend.
