Glass: Gabriel Standard and Sophienwald Bordeaux
Bottle opened at noon, double decanted. Drunk about 8-10h later.
Clear, pale amber color. Some lactic notes in the nose, mixed with some hidden fruit an mineral notes.
Juicy, surprisingly smooth and round. Very mineral and long. But it lacks depth and pressure to be very good. One of my personal disappointments this night. 88-89
