Sunday, December 18, 2011 - Bright straw. Infinitely, miniscule bead. Sports a beam of green apple supported by a taut structure that highlights crisp, green fruit, almonds, and wisps of minerality. The creamy texture is balanced by juicy acidity. Really good.
