Then with some more air, raw timber aromas become more prominent. In the mouth, it is quite light weight and medium levels of acidity. Light weight is the first impression I got, and it doesn't expand or gain any weight or complexity. Unremarkable finish.
Let the glass and bottle sit out for 1 hour. The aromas have become a bit more harmonious, with some of riper fruit aromas coming out. In the mouth there still isn't much going on. Maybe a tad more flesh, more grapefruit on the finish, but ultimately rather flat.
