Tuesday, December 19, 2023 - Fully mature, with a deep golden color, fine mousse, and complex bouquet of brioche, cut apples and almonds. Medium bodied, with surprisingly good acidity, a creamy mid palate, and a long and focused finish. We had this for our 25th anniversary, and I see the only other time I’ve had this vintage was at our 10th anniversary in 2008!
