Friday, February 14, 2014 - Popped and decanted. Probably should have given it more time to open up. Solid bottle of wine with no soul. It's like watching an Olympic event where the athlete hits all of the technical elements of their routine, but the passion doesn't shine through. I can't point out a single piece from that wine that I disliked. The aromas were pleasant, typical Cabernet flavors and solid mouth feel and structure. However, as I write this a day later I couldn't recall a unique element that stood out to me. Would purchase again, but probably wouldn't bring it out for a special occasion.
