Friday, November 18, 2016 - Quite dark in color. Initially some moldy aromatic notes had me concerned this was corked, but this blew off with time. Brown butter, exotic kumquat (fruit and bitter rind). Very nice, and improved with time in the glass. We drank this a little too quickly, but I'm relieved that this one was enjoyable after my previous bottle. Fruit day.
