Wednesday, May 10, 2006 - This was opened the previous day that I drank it. The way this 6 year old chard, opened a day, held up, was pretty amazing. It's honeyed, oaked, with a spicy bite to it. But there's also a real minerality to this wine. This tasted pretty young. It's rich, fruity, yet elegant. A real experience. I'd probably bump this wine up to a 95 with optimum tasting conditions.
