Saturday, March 25, 2023 - CDLR Dinner (Fort Lee, NJ): Fort Lee Dinner with WJ Lee; A very fine expression of Nuits St. George although perhaps more so an example of Cathaird. Old guard pre-Sebastian at its finest. These wines need age for the oak to resolve and drink pleasantly and this rather humble premier cru was a fine example Head to head with much finer terroirs this evening. Stunning.
