Saturday, March 30, 2019 - Fruit is fading, but a nice wine if somewhat out of balance. The acidity is a bit excessive (and I like a decent amount of acidity) and harsh to the point where it is hard for the flavour to come across. This wine needs food and with the acidity here I would pair it with a meal that has loads of fat/oil in it.
