Thursday, December 24, 2015 - Christmas menu with roast venison, red cabbage and baconed dumplings, matched really perfect! From my last MAgnum of this: very intense nose, lets say a perfume, sweet and delicious smell, fruit compote, spices, on the palate still young with animating acidity, christmas biscuits, some red fruits, ripe plums, very velvety melting, a very young appearance of this specific bottle, long+ aftertaste, an outstanding bottle, still a lot of years ahead, ***(*- ?), 92-94?
